Who we are...

My name is Bill Batkin. I'm the owner of Discover Real Estate Costa Rica and all of the great southern costa rica properties you see here. I know that for many of you buying land in Costa Rica is a big financial decision and responsibility. Some of you are buying land in Costa Rica to build the home of your dreams, and some just for an investment. I also know that many times in life there's something you really want, but your not financially ready. Well, there is a Costa Rica property for sale and waiting for you, timing is everything.

My promise to you is that I will work with you so you can afford the Costa Rica property of your dreams. If there is a property that you really like but the timing isn't right, let me know we'll sit down and talk. I will do my best to give you the terms or the price that will work for you. For me it's not just about making money here in Costa Rica but it's also about making friends and helping people out. Since I purchased my properties here Costa Rica, about 3 years ago they all have increased in value at least 3 fold and I believe it will be the same for you in the years to come.

You see I plan to build my dream home and live in Stairway to the Stars development with all of you. So I feel that if I help you now, maybe one day you'll be there for me. And probably like most of you I'm looking forward to getting out of the Rat Race and taking advantage of the relaxing, pure, natural and healing life style that Costa Rica has to offer. I also eventually plan on opening a Medical Wellness Healing Spa on my property overlooking a waterfall.
